5.5 Pending Wagering Requirements. Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirement verification where bonus funds are active in the account. The full wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
5.6 Right to Verify. 367ph reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, source-of-funds checks, or any anti-money laundering review required under Philippine law.
6.1 General. 367ph offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts awarded at 367ph are subject to a wagering requirement. 13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 367ph reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 367ph will provide reasonable notice via email or on-site notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the 367ph Platform following the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
